Startup accelerator and facilitator that helps startups enter the Dutch/European markets with services ranging from consulting to business development. During my internship at Zero to One Accelerator, I developed pricing strategies and adjusted website content. This exposed me to startup marketing, fundraising, and the Dutch market.
Problem: Customers' brand perception is negative due to questionable and inauthentic branding, messaging, and pricing.
INSIGHT: The consultancy market is saturated with corporate entities lacking warmth and boutique feeling.
SOLUTION: Executed a value-based pricing strategy and focused on revitalizing the website's content, tone, and service descriptions to reinforce the welcoming tone.
